Residential Lot Remediation
ENTACT is performing residential remediation and restoration
activities at this high profile site. Scope of work includes
excavation of PCB impacted soils from over 300 residential
properties; backfilling and revegetation; and transportation
and placement of removal soils to the Central Staging
Area or an off-site TSCA approved disposal facility.

Residential Interim Removal Action
ENTACT is currently performing remediation activities at 516 residential properties
impacted with elevated copper. Field activities include property documentation,
property preparation, utility location, soil removal, confirmation sampling,
backfill with clean soils, and property restoration with grass sod or zeroscape
(decorative gravels and arid plants) landscaping. Additionally, ENTACT completed
removal activities on 38 non-residential properties that included schools,
parks, churches, and commercial properties; as well as alleys and easements. |
