ENTACT is currently hiring for the following positions. Candidates must be able to pass a background check, pre-placement physical, and drug test. Current 40–Hour HAZWOPER certificate required. All positions require extensive travel.
Heavy Equipment Operator
Must have experience in environmental or earthwork construction industry. Ability to operate dozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment required. Must be able to wear personal protection equipment including respirators and full protective suits, and have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Previous experience working around heavy equipment preferred. Positions based nationwide.
Performance of general labor activities associated with hazardous and non–hazardous waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment and facility decontamination, industrial tank cleaning, and emergency response activities. Must be able to wear personal protection equipment including respirators and full protective suits, and must have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Previous experience working around heavy equipment preferred. Position based nationwide.
Health & Safety Officer
Position is responsible for implementing ENTACT’s Behavior Based Health and Safety Program, performing on–site air monitoring, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and company policy. Candidates should have previous environmental/construction health and safety experience and a working knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 19190 and HAZWOPER Standards. Certified OHST, CHST, or CSP candidates desired. Position based nationwide.
Entry Level Engineer
We are currently seeking motivated engineering graduates to build careers in the environmental construction industry. Candidates should possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or related coursework, be willing to travel, and possess a solid work ethic. No experience is necessary, however work experience in the construction industry is preferred. Job duties will vary based on the strengths of the successful candidate and may include estimating, procurement, project engineering, land surveying, CADD, field project accounting, contract/subcontract administration, and quality control. Field project assignments will be located throughout the U.S.
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in supervising several aspects of environmental remediation services including ISS/ESS, Sheet Pile Installation, Excavation/Backfilling, Slurry Wall Installation, Decontamination/Demolition, etc. “Hands on” managers preferred. Position based nationwide.
Administrative Project Manager
Working closely with Field Project Management and the Health and Safety team this position includes project planning, estimating, financial tracking, scheduling, procurement/vendor coordination, forecasting, invoicing, reporting, customer communication, and various other administrative tasks related to the proper and timely execution of ENTACT projects. Frequent and extended travel is required. Undergraduate business/accounting degree OR equivalent degree/work experience in the environmental construction industry required. Strong computer skills desired. Must be an Excel “expert level” user. Position based nationwide.
Water Truck Driver
To be considered, candidates must have experience in the environmental or earthwork construction industry and two (2) year of experience driving a Water Truck. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with tanker endorsement is required as well as a clean driving record for the past three (3) years. All candidates must pass a background check, drug test and physical examination. 40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred. This is a full time hourly position with benefits.
