Each Associate is empowered and accountable to stop unsafe work conditions through our Stop Work Authority program.
A culture of safety,

Our behavior-based health and safety “Building a Safe
Workplace” program is so embedded in our company culture
that Associates often refer to it as a way of life.
Regular training and daily safety procedures create a shared
culture of responsibility for Associates to keep each other safe
by identifying and eliminating risk before it happens.
